As the essence of the business venture, the client was seeking a statement that articulated energy, agility and the spirit of possibility through their surroundings. Part mission statement, part brand positioning; management wanted to juxtapose the typical engineering office style with a space that was open and collaborative, allowing for the easy exchange of thoughts and information amongst a new generation of professionals.

The lifeblood of creativity is a free-flow of ideas. Low partitions as well as a collaborative pod configuration, allows those next to you, as well as those on the other side of the room, to informally gather throughout the space. This configuration is substantially more efficient than formal meeting rooms because the gatherings can be serendipitous, flexible in size and close to individual technology and project resources. There are also formal meeting rooms, one seating up to 20, as external project teams can be large. An oversized lunchroom/cafe doubles as an amenity and a less formal meeting space ideal for full staff functions.

The lines throughout are clean and angular with bold colours punctuating the statement. A generous array of modern art pieces, also in vivid colours, dazzles the eye with expressive detail.
