Research and Development Lab

How do you stay on top when you are the world's top luxury hospitality brand? You do so by adopting a defensive strategy that keeps you three steps ahead of the competition. Listening carefully to your customers is critical, of course, but that only gets you halfway there. Anticipating what customers want, even before they do, is what makes the difference.

For many, that means relying on suppliers to keep you abreast of industry best practices. For those on the cutting edge of service delivery it means creating best practice. This unique hospitality Research and Development Lab was designed to do just that.

Here, every facet of the product can be replicated, examined and tested. It is a canvas upon which ideas can be explored in detail, then modified and tweaked to perfection before releasing them into the ultra-refined world of the brand. Part incubator, part show room, the R&D Lab is a 'live' environment for testing every facet of the service offering; room configuration, bedding, fixtures, finishes, electronics, consumables, staff training, everything, without subject guests to any part of the extensive refinement process.

ALMOST THERE

It is startling that social media is barely more that ten years old. First the domain of personal expression, it has expanded to include topical information of all sorts. MDA is currently working on the launch of our social media presence. From a business perspective, useful 'networking' is about connecting people with people, people with ideas and people with opportunities. That is our goal. Thank you for your interest.
